| 0–2 min | Introduce the task. Reproduce the empty seat after cancellation. |
| 2–6 min | Run SWE-2 locally. Watch the failing check, fix, and test output. |
| 6–7 min | Review the diff. State what still needs verification. |
| 7–10 min | Run native /handoff. Open the returned cloud session. |
| 10–13½ min | Inspect browser evidence, tests, and PR. If still working, say so. Use a labelled rehearsal only when actual evidence exists. |
| 13½–14½ min | Play Justin’s frontend video and briefly credit the community examples on slide 8. |
| 14½–15 min | Close on the evidence, then leave slide 10 on screen for the WhatsApp signup QR and Luma check-in reminder. |
