Before walking on stage

For the stage demo, make a fresh clone of main into a new directory: the rehearsal checkout is already fixed. Main deliberately keeps the bug because PR #1 is unmerged. Create a fresh demo branch in that new clone. Do not reset the working rehearsal checkout.
Confirm Devin CLI login, the SWE-2 model, and directory trust approval.
Confirm the GitHub remote is accessible to Devin Cloud and PR creation is available.
Start the RSVP app using the repository README. Open the failing flow.
Keep the CLI, app, and cloud browser tabs ready. Rehearse /handoff from the same conversation.

Run of show

0–2 min	Introduce the task. Reproduce the empty seat after cancellation.
2–6 min	Run SWE-2 locally. Watch the failing check, fix, and test output.
6–7 min	Review the diff. State what still needs verification.
7–10 min	Run native /handoff. Open the returned cloud session.
10–13½ min	Inspect browser evidence, tests, and PR. If still working, say so. Use a labelled rehearsal only when actual evidence exists.
13½–14½ min	Play Justin’s frontend video and briefly credit the community examples on slide 8.
14½–15 min	Close on the evidence, then leave slide 10 on screen for the WhatsApp signup QR and Luma check-in reminder.

Approve the directory interactively, then paste the local prompt. After reviewing the work, paste the handoff prompt inside the same CLI session.

Personal repository ownership is convenient; cloud access is the requirement to verify. Do not claim a PR exists until you have its URL and inspect it. Do not merge during this demo.
